This page provides an overview of open source tools that have been created by David Keener, sometimes in conjunction with other individuals. Like all open source tools, they are provided on an "as is" basis with no implied warranty, but with the hope that they may prove useful to other people.

Version 0.9 Not yet released	Mant: This utility was created by Steve Keener and David Keener. It is implemented in Java and provides Rails-like migrations for non-Rails applications. It can also operate as an Ant task. Each migration features SQL scripts rather than requiring database changes to be coded in some arbitrary language.
Version 0.3 Not yet released	SunriseXP: A simple Content Management System (CMS) implemented for ASP.NET by David Keener. By design, it differs from other systems by being more of a toolbox of CMS components than a stand-alone, one-size-fits-all CMS.
