The noted web design site, A List Apart just published the results of their 2007 Web Design Survey. The data was collected in April 2007 and turned over to professional statisticians for interpretation. This just-published report (in PDF format) presents the results of that analysis.
Even better, A List Apart makes the raw data available online for anybody who wants to do their own analysis of the data. Unlike AOL's 2006 data fiasco, A List Apart has anonymized the data.
The survey was completed by over 33,000 web design professionals. As such, it's a pretty comprehensive survey, and definitely worth taking a look at. It includes information about salary levels, education, skills, perceived biases, job titles, etc.
